Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) be a youth between the ages of 13 and 18; and (2) No serious cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease or other serious chronic diseases; and (3) Normal physical development, no growth abnormality or bone deformity. (4) Have not received a systematic training program, including but not limited to aerobic exercise and strength training. (5) Be willing to participate in a 12-month concurrent training program and be able to complete all testing and training tasks as required. (6) Are not taking medications, such as steroids, that interfere with the effectiveness of the training program. (7) No serious mental illness or cognitive impairment, and able to understand and comply with the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) have severe cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, or other serious chronic diseases; and (2) Have growth and developmental abnormalities or skeletal deformities. (3) Have undergone a systematic training program, including aerobic and strength training. (4) Have adolescents who are undergoing or planning to undergo other interventional studies; and (5) have significant discomfort or unwillingness to participate in a training program or testing procedure; and (6) Are taking medications, such as steroids, that interfere with the effectiveness of training. (7) Have a serious mental illness or cognitive impairment that prevents them from understanding and complying with the research protocol.
