Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient is diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infections such as, common cold (manifested by fever, runny nose, coughing and sneezing, etc.), acute tonsillitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, acute ear inflammation, otitis media, and acute sinusitis. 2. Patients are 0-75 years old. 3.Include outpatient and hospitalized patients. 4. voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who visited the clinic only to be prescribed medication, i.e., patients with a clear need for medication. 2. refused to participate in this study. 3. self-reported inability to complete the 4 follow-up surveys.
