18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old; 2. Radial artery puncture to monitor blood pressure or frequent blood collection is required for surgery under elective general anesthesia; 3. BMI=30kg/m2; 4. ASA grade I-III; 5. No skin damage, infection, swelling nodules or tenderness in the puncture area; 6. The patient or his legal guardian agrees to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allen test or modified Allen test positive; 2. Ulnar artery obstruction and other peripheral vascular diseases; 3. Recent or multiple history of radial artery puncture, such as multiple radiation arterial interventional therapy; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Participating in other related clinical trials
