Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was discharged with HFrEF as the main diagnosis; New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class ?-?; 2. Age =18 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a life expectancy of less than 6 months due to advanced medical conditions other than HF; Patients with embolic events (discharged less than 1 month) or intracardiac thrombosis; Aortic dissection; Severe pulmonary hypertension (=70mmHg); Symptomatic or severe aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis, and hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; Malignant arrhythmia, high-degree atrioventricular block.
