Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40-80 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke formulated in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and the diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage formulated in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019; (3) Unilateral, primary disease; (4) Course of disease from 2 weeks to 6 months; (5) Brunnstrom stage I-IV for upper limb; (6) Patients gave informed consent to this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Upper limb motor dysfunction caused by other causes before onset; (2) Unstable conditions such as recurrent cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage during hospitalization; (3) Severe audio-visual impairment, speech or cognitive dysfunction, inability to understand and cooperate with treatment and evaluation; (4) A history of skull fracture and/or severe head injury, head and/or brain surgery; (5) Patients with transcranial magnetic contraindications: metal foreign bodies embedded in the skull, cardiac pacemakers installed, ear hearing AIDS worn, intracranial hypertension, epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; (6) Have thrombocytopenia or clotting disorders; (7) Pregnant women.
