Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PCOS group patients: patients treated in our hospital. The diagnosis complies with the 2003 Rotterdam criteria, specifically including: oligoovulation or anovulation: clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism and/or hyperandrogenism: manifestations of =12 follicles with a diameter of 2 to 9 mm on one or both sides of the ovary and ( or) Polycystic ovarian changes with ovarian volume =10 mL; PCOS will be diagnosed if 2 of the above 3 criteria are met and other diseases are excluded. CON group: women who visited our hospital, had regular menstrual cycles and normal ovarian function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from diabetes; suffering from other diseases that may cause hyperandrogenemia, such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, etc.; acute or chronic infections or systemic inflammatory diseases; other diseases that may affect follicle development, such as hyperprolactinemia Patients with thyroid disease, thyroid disease, premature ovarian failure, etc. or those with incomplete clinical data.
