18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 = age < 65 years old; 2. The time of receiving regular hemodialysis treatment was more than 3 months, the dialysis frequency was 3 times/ week, and the dialysis time was 4 hours/ time; 3. the condition is relatively stable, with normal understanding and communication ability; 4. Voluntary to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. serious uncorrectable visual and auditory disorders, screen sickness, facial or head injury; 2. to participate in other clinical trials; 3. with acute infection or other systemic diseases; 4. take sedatives or conventional painkillers; 5. severe mental disorders, cognitive disorders and language disorders; 6. experiencing major life stress events in the previous month; 7. Patients who had the conditions and time to go to the natural environment for entertainment in the past 1 year, or to the park or green space every week.
