Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.preschool children 2.prepare for selective operation 3.operation time >1h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.prepare for cardiac operation ; 2.prepare for neurosurgery ; 3.Vision or hearing impairment makes delirium assessment impossible ; 4.deep sedation (Richmond Agitation Sedation Score -4-5) ; 5.coma.
