Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged = 18 years, with ASA grades I-IV, diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma combined with inferior vena cava thrombus, who underwent radical nephrectomy and removal of inferior vena cava thrombus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The main outcome evaluation data in electronic medical records are incomplete (no creatinine test results after surgery), and patients who underwent combined surgery on other parts during the same period; Emergency surgery; Second surgery during hospitalization; Postoperative pathology confirmed non renal cell carcinoma; The grade of cancer thrombus is Mayo 0; Patients with missing or incomplete perioperative medical records.
