18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea; (2) The age is 18 ~ 30 years old, and the menstrual cycle is 21 ~ 35 days/3 ~ 8 days; (3) The score of pain visual analogue scale is =3; (4)COX dysmenorrhea symptom total score (CMSS) > 10; (5) Not participating in clinical trials of other drugs within one month; (6) Agree to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from organic diseases, such as dysmenorrhea caused by uterine tumor and endometriosis; (2) Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart disease, liver disease and kidney disease and mental illness; (3) Have a history of pelvic or abdominal surgery and use oral contraceptives; (4) Patients with severe mental illness, such as depression, moderate and severe anxiety and others who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; (5) those who cannot cooperate with acupuncture treatment.
