Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients undergoing elective Gastrointestinal surgery or pulmonary surgery under general anesthesia,? Sign informed consent; ?ASA grade ?-?; Age =65 years old

Exclusion criteria: ? Abnormal cognitive function; ? People with communication disorders; ? Patients undergoing a second operation within 6 months;
