Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with ischemic stroke aged 40-80 years; ? Chronic patients from 6 months to 5 years after ischemic stroke; ? Patients with moderate to severe upper limb mobility disorder were divided by FMA-UE score of 20-50. ? Agree to receive magnetic stimulation of vagus nerve and sign informed consent for treatment; ? Patients who can tolerate neuroregulatory tests and neurotransmitter function tests; ? Patients who agree to accept long-term follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Unstable vital signs; ? Intracranial malignancy or unruptured aneurysm; ? History of seizures or hydrocephalus; (4) Pregnancy; (5) Intracranial metal implantation or installation of cardiac pacemaker; ? Patients with severe cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases; ? Other contraindications of peripheral magnetic stimulation.
