18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, age 18-70 years old; 2. ECOG score of 0-3 points; 3. Newly diagnosed with esophageal cancer, receiving radiotherapy, with or without concurrent chemotherapy; 4. The expected survival time is not less than 3 months; 5. The subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance and cooperated with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to tolerate radiotherapy; 2. Suffering from severe oropharyngeal disease and unable to complete swab sampling; 3. Have any oral mucosal lesions 4. Oral or throat infection in the past 1 month; 5. Use of antibiotics or other drugs that may affect the oral microbiota within the past 1 month;
