Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age > 45 years old; ? patients underwent colonoscopy followed by endoscopic surgery or surgery with definite pathological results;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women, lactating women, or women of childbearing age who are trying to become pregnant; ? History of inflammatory bowel disease, post-colectomy, familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), serrated polyposis syndrome, lower gastrointestinal bleeding, colonic stenosis, abdominal radiotherapy;pregnant women, lactating women, or women of childbearing age who are trying to become pregnant; ?
