Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Stroke occurred for the first time;(2) All of them met the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019) and were confirmed by CT or MRI of the head;(3) Age 25~80 years old;(4) Unilateral onset, course of disease < 6 months, stable condition;(5) Brunnstrom stage of upper limbs and hands ? stage IV.;(6) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) The score is ? 21 points, the consciousness is clear, and the patient can cooperate with the corresponding examination and treatment;(7) The patient himself signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with progressive stroke or subarachnoid hemorrhage and unstable condition; (2) Patients with severe heart disease, essential hypertension and other medical diseases, mental trauma and cognitive dysfunction; (3) Patients with metal parts implantation and skull defects in the skull or treatment area; (4) Patients with epilepsy and brain tumors; (5) Patients with poor compliance and unwilling to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
