Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with unilateral femoral intertrochanteric fracture, ASA grade I-III, age range from 65 to 90 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Multiple trauma, multiple fractures, or other fractures that do not meet the inclusion criteria, such as pathological fractures, pelvic fractures, and old fractures; Those who do not understand or refuse the test method; Individuals who are allergic to any medication ingredient; Individuals with cognitive impairment [using the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) with a score of<24]; Individuals who have received pain treatment within 24 hours prior to the trial; Patients with an expected waiting time for surgery of less than 24 hours determined by multidisciplinary evaluation in the emergency room; Patients with contraindications to surgery or anesthesia.
