Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: preoperative pathological basis, clear indication for surgery; proposed radical gastric cancer surgery; screened as high-risk patients with frail heterogeneous trajectories by the prediction model constructed by research group; age =60 years; conscious and able to communicate in simple written and verbal communication; voluntarily cooperated with the participation in the research and signed an informed consent form. Family caregivers: age =18 years; spouse, child, or sibling of patients with high-risk of a frail heterogeneous trajectory; responsible for primary caregiving; conscious and able to communicate normally; voluntary cooperation in this research and signing an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient: combined severe cardiac, hepatic, pulmonary, and renal insufficiency; physically challenged. Family caregivers: professionally trained in frail care for gastric cancer survivors; in an employment relationship.
