Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? older than 18 years old; ? the case was histologically confirmed as esophageal cancer; ? Need for neoadjuvant therapy at enrollment; ? no surgery or other antineoplastic therapy in the 6 months before enrollment; ? normal organ function; ? voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? combined with connective tissue disease; ? previous history of intestinal obstruction; ? not conforming to chemotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy; ? unqualified or unable to collect samples at baseline.
