Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of schizophrenia Diagnosed by an experienced psychiatrist based on ICD-10. Diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome According to the diagnostic recommendations on metabolic syndrome in the 2017 Chinese Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines [15] : 2.1: Abdominal obesity: waist circumference of male =90cm, female =85cm; 2.2: Blood pressure =135/85mmHg; Or have hypertension despite blood pressure 1.7mmol/L; 2.5: Fasting high-density lipoprotein < 1.04mmol/L. Three or more of the above five criteria can be diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. 3. And the continuous hospital stay is more than 6 months. 4. Able to accurately understand the content of the questionnaire and give answers according to the actual situation; 5. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcohol, drug abuse and dependence; 2. Other serious physical diseases and infectious diseases; 3. Inability to cooperate during symptom onset; 4. Physical disability affecting daily activities; 5. Other mental illnesses.
