Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the patient is 18 to 65 years old; (2) Have junior high school or above education level; (3) Clinical colonoscopy and pathological diagnosis of IBD active patients; (4) Have not used steroid drugs within 6 months; (5) Right-handed (5) Agree to participate in clinical research and sign informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with endocrine, cardiovascular, liver and kidney, hyperthyroidism, hypertension, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and hematopoietic system, tumor or cancer and other related diseases that may affect cognition; (2) History of intestinal surgery, history of mental illness, history of taking anti-psychiatric drugs and history of alcohol abuse; (3) Previous encephalopathy surgery, brain trauma, and cerebral infarction; (4) The subject has metal and ferromagnetic substances in the body and is not suitable for magnetic resonance examination.
