Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis of RA patients is based on the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria; ? Age = 18 years old; ? ILD is diagnosed through high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) of the lungs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Age<18 years old; ? Being treated with uric acid lowering drugs; ? Other systemic/organ specific autoimmune diseases other than RA (such as SLE, ANCA related vasculitis, pSS, SSc, myositis, etc.); ? Tumor, pulmonary tuberculosis, glomerular filtration rate less than 30ml/min/1.73m^2.
