18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for primary dysmenorrhea; ? Women aged 18-35; ? The basic regularity of menstrual cycle is (28 7) d; ? The course of disease is =3 months; ? The average score of visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain during menstruation is =4; ? Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Secondary dysmenorrhea (dysmenorrhea caused by organic diseases such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, hysteromyoma and pelvic inflammatory disease); ? Patients with contraindications of acupuncture and electroacupuncture; ? Patients with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and blood coagulation disorders or patients with mental or psychological diseases; ? Patients who have intention to prepare for pregnancy in recent 3 months; ? Patients (except painkillers) who have taken drugs for dysmenorrhea or other therapies such as acupuncture in recent January.
