Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? age =65 years old; ? SNAQ=14 with malnutrition risk/malnutrition; ? be conscious and able to communicate and walk including the use of assistive devices; ? Stable chronic disease. Informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with prolonged bedridden, dementia, advanced malignancy, or life expectancy < 6 months.
