Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hip fracture in the Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Hip Fractures in the Elderly (2017) [35], diagnosed as femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric or subtrochanteric femoral fracture and intertrochanteric or subtrochanteric femoral fracture category and treated surgically; (3) Being conscious and having the ability to express themselves verbally; (4) BRASS score = 10 within 48 hours of admission; (5) Those who had immobilized care during hospitalization; (6) Patients and their families volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cognitively impaired; (2) Transferred to a different department, hospital, or died during hospitalization; (3) Persons whose discharge destination was non-homebound; (4) Withdrawal from the study midway; (5) Previous participation in a similar study.
