Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for stroke patients: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke and is diagnosed through brain CT or MRI; (2) Improved Barthel index score<60 points; (3) Residing in a community within the urban area of Hengyang City; (4) No comprehension and reading barriers; (5) Voluntarily join the researcher for this study; Inclusion criteria for primary family caregivers: (1) Those who take care of stroke patients for the longest time and undertake the most care tasks; (2) At least 18 years old and conscious; (3) Can understand the questionnaire content and accurately express it; (4) Informed consent and willingness to cooperate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for stroke patients: (1) Accompanied by other serious diseases, malignant tumors, end-stage, and dialysis patients; (2) Intermittent mental disorders (3) At discharge, the BI value was greater than 60 points. Exclusion criteria for primary caregivers of stroke patients: (1) Those who need to pay remuneration; (2) Trainees who have undergone professional care training; (3) Individuals with a history of mental illness; (4) Those who are unable to take care of due to serious illnesses; (5) Individuals whose families have recently experienced other major stress events.
