Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged = 65 years old; 2) Elderly patients undergoing surgery; 3) Understand and sign the informed consent form and volunteer to accept the clinical research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to complete the scale assessment; 2) Inability to provide informed consent; 3) Other reasons that researchers believe are not suitable for enrollment
