Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stroke was diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI. 2. The time of onset was = two weeks; 3. Age 18-90 years old, male or female; 4. There is unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction, upper limb Burunnstrom stage = 3; 5. The patients had no obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE = 25). 6. Patients with sitting balance = grade 4; 7. Those who volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of stroke, brain trauma, brain tumor; 2. Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious somatic diseases; 3. Previous epilepsy and family history of epilepsy; 4. The metal implanted in the human body, such as cardiac pacemaker, head and skull metal, etc. 5. New infarct foci or secondary bleeding, deterioration of the disease; 6. Patients with severe cervical spondylosis including severe cervical conic stenosis and cervical instability.
