Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological-confirmed diagnosis of gastric cancer; 2. Surgery: patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. When intraoperative peritoneal metastasis or invasion of neighboring organs is found and radical surgery cannot be performed resection, patients who underwent exploratory laparotomy or palliative treatment were still included in this study; 3. CT scanning: For patients undergoing radical surgical resection, CT scans should be completed in GSI mode prior to surgery; for patients undergoing exploratory laparotomy or palliative tumour resection, CT scans should be completed in GSI mode prior to surgery; for patients undergoing neoadjuvant/palliative chemotherapy or immunotherapy, it should be ensured that CT scans are completed in GSI mode at least prior to treatment, and if it is possible to complete the CT scans in GSI mode during the course of the treatment it would be optimal to do so; 4. Signed informed consent. Inpatients with clinically suspicious gastric cancer who were admitted to the medical centers for GSI scanning were included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal or inability to sign the informed consent form; 2. Have received anti-tumor therapy before the CT examination; 3. Poor CT images or small lesions that do not show well on CT images; 4. Patients with other tumors combined with important organ insufficiency.
