Inclusion criteria: 1.patients with the desire for weight loss 2.taking the acupuncture treatment over 1 month 3.patients with aged 18 or more 4.agree to join in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.obesity secondary to other disease or drug 2.patients in gestation period
