Interventions

Control group:Eat placebo (specifications per bottle: sodium alginate 1.0 g, rock sugar 3.7 g, water 65.3 g)
The bird's nest eating group:3.5 g / day edible bird 's nest (specification for each bottle: bird 's nest 3.5 g, rock sugar 3.7 g, water 62.8 g)
High-dose bird 's nest eating group:7 g / day edible bird 's nest ( 2 bottles, each bottle: bird 's nest 3.5 g, rock sugar 3.7 g, water 62.8 g)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Healthy or sub-healthy female subjects who volunteered to participate in this study, aged 30 to 45 years old. b. There is no intention or behavior ( such as changing skin care products or adjusting the frequency of using skin care products, etc. ) to deliberately change the skin care plan in the near future. c. No recent intentional change in lifestyle intentions or behavior ( such as diet or exercise to lose weight, etc. ). d. After screening, total cholesterol < 6.2mmol / L, low density lipoprotein cholesterol < 4.1mmol / L, fasting blood glucose < 7.0mmol / L, systolic blood pressure < 140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure < 90mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Patients with severe mental illness ( severe depression / dry depression, etc. ), severe sleep disorders, skin abnormalities ( such as spots, acne, tattoos, scars, erythema, telangiectasia or measurement of partial burn marks ) or other medical history that may affect the results of the study ; b. Those who are taking or taking health care products that may affect the results of the study, those who have received skin medical treatment in the past 6 months, and those who have participated in other skin health clinical researchers in the past 3 months ; c. Pregnant, lactating or pregnant women ; d. Persons allergic to bird 's nest.
