Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnosis of PD (2) berg scale score between 21 and 40 points (3) Male or female, aged between 60 and 80 years old (4) Hoehn-Yahr scale score of 2.5-3.0 (5) Normal visual, auditory, and cognitive functions. (6) Subjects understand the programme and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Clearly have a serious other systemic disease such as stroke, malignancy, renal failure, diabetes mellitus, and atrial fibrillation. (2) Other diseases that clearly can lead to Parkinson's syndrome or are suspected to be associated with the patient's symptoms, such as Parkinson's syndrome and senile tremor. (3) Lack of significant therapeutic response to high-dose levodopa therapy or inability to take anti-Parkinsonian medication on a regular basis due to adverse effects, etc. (4) Previous history of definite psychiatric illness or accompanied by psychotic symptoms, such as depression and schizophrenia. (5) Previous substance (alcohol or drug) abuse or dependence within the previous 3 months. (6) Other systemic diseases such as neurological, osteoarticular or cardiovascular that may affect walking and balance function. (7) Previous participation in other clinical trials such as drugs, acupuncture, etc. within 1 month prior to inclusion in this study. (8) Subjects with reproductive plans. (9) Those who are afraid of acupuncture.
