Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children and adolescents who have lived in Shenzhen for at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with keratopathy, cataract, glaucoma, severe refractive media turbidity, nystagmus inability to fix vision, previous intraocular surgery, without parental or guardian consent
