Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-70 years who underwent elective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious cardiopulmonary dysfunction and liver and kidney dysfunction, affecting neuromuscular conduction function disease, the patient himself does not agree.
