Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chronic periodontitis patients who meet the diagnostic criteria proposed by the American Periodontal Classification Seminar, after systematic treatment, have periodontal pockets = 4mm, loss of attachment of about 1-2mm, no redness or swelling of the gums, and no bleeding during probing. (2) The patient had 1-2 missing teeth in their mouth and underwent implant surgery to complete the upper restoration. (3) All patients were implanted with Israeli Yazhi (SPI) implants. (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and cooperate with doctors to complete periodontal support treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Insufficient bone mass in the implant area, using bone augmentation technology. (2) The patient has used antibiotics and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within one month. (3) Loose and detached implants. (4) Patients with language, consciousness, and cognitive impairments or mental illness. (5) Patients with critical illnesses such as malignant tumors.
