Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Treatment Group: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical radiculopathy as mentioned above; (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; (3) Experiencing unilateral neck and shoulder pain, radiating pain, or numbness in the upper limbs; (4) Voluntarily sign an informed consent form. Control Group: (1) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; (2) No obvious discomfort symptoms in the neck area; (3) Cervical spine X-ray clearly shows no "cervical degenerative changes" or "narrowing of the intervertebral foramen"; (4) Determined by outpatient physicians to have no obvious neck diseases; (5) Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Concurrent with other types of cervical spondylosis; (2) Suspected or confirmed cases of cervical spine or intraspinal tumor, or intracranial tumor; (3) Patients with unclear diagnosis of spinal injury or symptoms of spinal cord injury; (4) Those with developmental spinal canal stenosis (vertebral canal ratio = sagittal diameter of vertebral canal / sagittal diameter of vertebral body < 0.75); (5) Patients with severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system diseases; (6) Conditions such as skeletal tuberculosis, osteomyelitis, and osteoporosis; (7) Individuals who have undergone cervical spine surgery or have cervical spine deformities; (8) Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding women; (9) Those unable to complete this clinical study due to mental illness, cognitive, or emotional disorders; (10) Participants in other clinical studies within the last 3 months.
