Interventions

Test group:On the basis of the control group, the observation group implemented a multi medication management plan for elderly patients after PCI.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Confirmed as coronary heart disease through coronary angiography; ? Patients who undergo PCI treatment for the first time and complete revascularization (TIMI blood flow level 3); ? Individuals aged = 60 years old; ? Chronic diseases = 2; ? Number of conventional medications = 5; ? Having normal thinking and expression skills; ? Nanchang urban permanent residents; ? Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe complications or comorbidities, end-stage patients; ? Those who are admitted to an elderly care institution or other medium - and long-term care institutions after discharge. ? Patients who cannot take care of themselves (Barthel score = 40) or are bedridden for a long time.
