Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1 (1) Without family history of colorectal cancer, age 50 and older; (2) Or with family history of colorectal cancer, age 40 and older; (3) Can accept a colonoscopy. Study 2 High-risk individuals identified by opportunistic screening who signed informed consent and had samples taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1 (1)A history of colorectal disease (including colon tumors or inflammatory bowel disease) that may increase the risk of colorectal cancer; (2)Undergoing colon cancer screening or testing (e.g., colonoscopy, barium enema, computed tomography imaging of the colon, or magnetic resonance imaging) within the past 5 years; (3) Serious medical conditions, such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency, that may increase the risk of colonoscopy; (4) History of colorectal surgery (5) Cannot accept a colonoscopy. Study 2 Cannot accept a colonoscopy.
