Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have severe horizontal bone defects at the intended implant site (with the lingual or palatal bone plate intact and vertical bone defects =3mm) or vertical bone defects at the edentulous area (vertical bone defects >3mm), and the original remaining bone height at the edentulous area is greater than 3-4mm; 2) Age between 18-80 years old, willing to participate in this study and able to comply with follow-up revisits; 3) No contraindications for implant surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, under the age of 18 or over the age of 80, as well as patients whose general condition cannot tolerate complex bone grafting surgery; 2) Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases; 3) Patients who are suitable candidates for maxillary sinus bone grafting.
