Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis was moderate to severe bunion. ? Between 18 and 80 years old. ?Voluntary treatment with modified minimally invasive techniques or traditional minimally invasive techniques.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with rheumatoid, scleroderma and other rheumatic immune diseases, gout, false gout and so on. ?There are malformations such as flat foot, high arch foot, internal and external inversion foot, hammer toe, claw toe, etc., combined with metatarsal pain surgery. ? Patients with previous foot and ankle operations. ? The first metatarsophalangeal joint was severely degraded and the range of motion was severely limited. ? There are spinal, hip, knee, ankle joint diseases, gait abnormalities. ? hemiplegia with cerebrovascular sequelae. There are infection lesions in the feet, poor blood sugar control, and poor foot skin conditions ? Mental illness or comprehension disorder and other diseases can not cooperate with follow-up.
