Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of stroke: the first onset of the disease, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015;(2) Diagnostic criteria for dysphagia: meeting the pharyngeal screening program, any two or more of the following manifestations: aphonia, dysarthria, abnormal gag reflex, abnormal spontaneous cough, cough after drinking water, (3) VFSS: proves severe swallowing dysfunction in the oropharyngeal phase and requires nasogastric tube feeding; (4) Watian drinking water test grade 3-5; (5) clear mind and stable vital signs; (6) normal cognitive function and can cooperate with training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pharyngeal muscle loss syndrome (VFSS screening); (2) Swallowing disorders caused by primary lesions such as oral cavity and nasopharynx; (3) Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; (4) pregnancy; (5) Have abnormal mental behavior; (6) Unable or unwilling to cooperate; (7) Failure to sign informed consent.
