Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent patellar dislocation or primary patellar dislocation with symptomatic instability; 1. Pain and dysfunction severely affect daily life; 3. Conservative treatment failed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe bone developmental deformity: TT-TG>2.0cm, femoral trochlear deformity of more than 3 degrees; 2. Combined with cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament tear; 3. Severe meniscus injury requiring repair; 4. The area of cartilage exfoliation is greater than 1 cm2; 5. Can not tolerate surgery; 6. Unable to understand or cooperate with postoperative guidance and rehabilitation; 7. Failure to provide informed consent to research
