Conventional group:During colonoscopy, after the target polyp was found, cold snare resection was performed directly.

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-80 years old, 2. men and women, 3. plan to undergo colonoscopy, 4. check for at least one polyp within 4 to 10mm in size.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral antithrombotic drugs should be used within 5 days before surgery; 2. Have inflammatory bowel disease or polyposis syndrome; 3. Boston Gut Readiness Scale (BBPS) is less than 6 points; 4. Severe organ dysfunction; 5. Polyps suspected to be cancerous or have evidence of deep submucosal infiltration under endoscopy.
