Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with mild and moderate active stage who meet the diagnostic criteria of UC Western medicine, and TCM syndrome differentiation are large intestine damp-heat syndrome; (2) Age =18 and =65 years old, male or female; (3) Patients who have not received other medications for ulcerative colitis within 2 months; (4) The patient had good compliance, could adhere to regular medication follow-up, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women, allergic constitution and drug allergy involved in this study; (2) Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental illness; (3) Patients with complications such as local intestinal stenosis, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, rectal polyps, and colorectal cancer.
