35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass (median thoracotomy); 2. American Society of Anesthesiology Classification I~III; 3. Age between 35 and 75 years old; 4. BMl between 18 and 30 kg/m2; 5. No myocardial infarction within the last 3 months; 6. No serious heart failure or malignant arrhythmia has occurred in the past; 7. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with heart valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass surgery; 2. Those with secondary valve replacement; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction=45%; 4. Those with preoperative dysfunction of liver,kidney,lung,brain,and blood coagulation.
