Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Beauty demand. (2) Differentiated thyroid carcinoma, tumor diameter =2 cm, with cervical lymph node metastasis, but not with distant metastasis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Limited operation or increased risk of infection due to oral conditions (oral deformity, oral local infection, etc.). (2) Medullary carcinoma and undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma. (3) Severe thyroid inflammatory disease. 5) The tumor is near the entrance of recurrent laryngeal nerve or the larger tumor is located at the upper pole. (6) Previous history of neck surgery, ablation treatment or neck radiation. (7) Patients with complications of other organs or systems who cannot tolerate surgical trauma or general anesthesia. (7) The lymph nodes in the second region of the neck are definitely involved, or the lymph nodes in the second region of the neck are enlarged by more than 3cm. (8) Identify the involvement of lateral cervical nerves and blood vessels.
