Mild cognitive imparment

Interventions

1:Receive health information once per week via Wechat platform (the control group).
2:Digital-Cog-PE training at home, three times a week. (60 min/time)
3:Digital-Cog-PE training at home twice a week, supplemented with a group training at local health center once a week. (60 min/time)

60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60 years older; (2) With a MMSE score between 24-29; (3) Living at home, and have a family member who are willing to join the study; (4) Have a mobile device with a built-in camera and can interact online.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With moderate to severe cognitive impairment or dementia; (2) With mental illnesses such as severe depression, anxiety disorders, etc; (3) With severe cardiovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, liver or kidney diseases that require long-term hospitalization; (4) Having hearing and visual impairments; (5) Limitation of activities in daily living skills (ADLs) and requiring daily care; (6) With terminal phase of cancer, terminal illness, or other serious illnesses; (7) Participated in major sports exercises or any other intervention study in the past 6 months.
