18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients who plan to undergo liver surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 4. ASA level I~ level III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known gastrointestinal motility disorders; 2. Allergic to neostigmine; 3. Patients with asthma; 4. Patients with mechanical intestinal obstruction; 5. Patients with urinary obstruction; 6. Patients with epilepsy or Parkinson‘s disease; 7. Patients with coronary heart disease or angina pectoris; 8. Patients with hyperthyroidism; 9.Patients with severe arrhythmia, such as ventricular tachycardia, severe bradycardia; 10. Patients with peptic ulcers; 11. Pregnant and lactating woman; 12. Patients admitted to intensive care unit for further treatment; 13. Patients with acupuncture skin damage or infection; 14. Patients with renal insufficiency decompensation stage (Cr>186µmoI/L); 15. Abuse of narcotic sedatives and analgesics; 16. Patients with mental illness; 17. Patients Unable to cooperate or communicate.
