Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (Participants can be enrolled if they meet the following criteria.) 1. Age 2-9 years old; 2. ASA Grade ? or ?; 3.Tonsil/adenoidectomy under elective general anesthesia is to be performed; 4. Preoperative physical examination showed no abnormality of heart and lung, liver and kidney function. 5. Family members and research subjects can cooperate with relevant experiments and voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (Participants can not be enrolled if they meet any of the following criteria.) 1. There are contraindications to narcotic drugs; 2. Patients with any history of neurological or psychiatric disorders or signs of developmental delays in children; 3. Received general anesthesia within one month; 4. The presence of congenital or other genetic conditions that may affect brain development; 5. Family members and research subjects are unable to cooperate or lack informed consent.
