Interventions

Kgroup:The investigational drug esketamine was administered slowly intravenously at 0.5mg/kg during anesthesia induction.
Cgroup:0.5ml/kg normal saline was slowly injected intravenously during anesthesia induction.

2 Years to 9 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (Participants can be enrolled if they meet the following criteria.) 1. Age 2-9 years old; 2. ASA Grade ? or ?; 3.Tonsil/adenoidectomy under elective general anesthesia is to be performed; 4. Preoperative physical examination showed no abnormality of heart and lung, liver and kidney function. 5. Family members and research subjects can cooperate with relevant experiments and voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (Participants can not be enrolled if they meet any of the following criteria.) 1. There are contraindications to narcotic drugs; 2. Patients with any history of neurological or psychiatric disorders or signs of developmental delays in children; 3. Received general anesthesia within one month; 4. The presence of congenital or other genetic conditions that may affect brain development; 5. Family members and research subjects are unable to cooperate or lack informed consent.

Comparison of perioperative original EEG oscillations between the two groups;The PAED score, Watcha score, FLACC pain score, extubation time, recovery time, discharge time, and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups at 0, 10, 20, 30 minutes after extubation and at discharge;Perioperative EEG oscillations in children with and without awakening delirium;Perioperative hemodynamic parameters (such as HR, SpO2, BP, MAP), incidence of adverse events, and dose of sevoflurane were compared between the two groups;The BIS values of the two groups at different periods were compared horizontally and longitudinally;The incidence of anesthesia-related adverse events was compared between the two groups on the first day after surgery;
