18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Conforming to the 2018 Consensus on Clinical Research Standards for Acute Stroke in China, stroke diagnosis Standard and confirmed through imaging examination; ? Age = 18 years old; ? Initial diagnosis For stroke; ? The degree of depression is mild to moderate (Hamilton Depression Scale score 8-23); ? Stable vital signs and clear consciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety before stroke; ? Coexistence of other serious physical illnesses; ? There are obvious cognitive barriers; ? Severe symptoms of stroke; ? Currently undergoing other treatments for PSD.
