Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Include all blood samples tested on the XN instrument at Changhai Hospital from January 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023. (Select and retain the hospital admission numbers, exclude routine quality control numbers, outpatient numbers, and body fluid sample numbers.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude data that did not match LIS and IPU, as clinical diagnostic information of patients is required. Exclude data without LIS diagnosis. Remove tests with a positive "IPU field [Error(Func.)]" as these samples experienced errors during the testing process, making the results unreliable and should be excluded from the study.
